Happy Halloween!
Good times on this festive North American Holiday.
First the kids came 'twick or tweaters' and we handed out candy. The kids were scared by my Darth Maul mask so I retreated to my alien mask (see below) - problem was I couldn't see a thing. Finally, I brought out the 'party viking' helmet. This helmet is often thought to be worn by Robert Plant (circa immigant song times) in the 70's, but if you actually look back at the photos - you can't find a single picture of him wearing this helmet!!!
M. wore fab witches outfit, which was a little scary actually. This is her fave holiday, and she really enjoyed the 2005 edition.
The evening progressed and as the knocks on the door ended we joined our neighbours for festivities. B. & Oz entertained us with their fabulous outfits.... catwalk witch & 'ahhh-jim lad' pirate. After a little while we headed downtown to the Commodore club to check out the costume competition. Some brilliant outfits to be seen. (check out transformer dude & bird lady below) . We all had a top time.
